Delivery
Cost – From £4.99
For most parcels we charge a flat rate of £4.99 for all UK Mainland addresses.
Couriers
Our preferred delivery option is Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service, but depending on the size and weight of your parcel we may choose another reputable option, most likely UPS, FedEx or DPD.
We will never ship with Evri or Yodel, as we have found them to be too unreliable for our customers in the past.
Delivery Time
We aim to have all orders delivered within 5 working days, however during our off season (January - September) shipments can, at times, take longer. We are also unable to offer express shipping during this time.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up by our couriers.
