Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are entitled to cancel all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to return any goods at your own expense.
Due to the temporary nature of our stores, after Christmas we will only be able to accept shipments to our PO Box address, meaning that you may have to ship returns with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We are unable to accept responsibility for any returns that do not reach us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that some of our items are subject to a minimum order quantity, when returning these items you must either return all of them or keep enough to meet this minimum order quantity.
To start a return please visit your orders page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your package. You will be responsible for any costs incurred, and making sure that items arrive in good condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Artificial Christmas Trees will incur a 20% restocking fee.
